MEO Wallet Wordpress Plugin
MEO Wallet provides an official plugin from Woocommerce 3.x up to Woocommerce 8.x platform.
Be sure to set your “Ambiente”/”Environment” to Production when you’re ready to go live with your store!
Remember, Sandbox behaves like the Production environment but no money is transacted. You can use the fake credit cards at the bottom of our sandbox documentation page to pay and top up your sandbox wallet balance.
Install and configure your plugin by following these simple steps:
- Go to the “As Minhas Wallets” on the MEO Wallet backoffice and set your callback URL to
https://mydomain.com/index.php?wc-api=meowallet_callback(replace mydomain.com with your real domain) - Install Woocommerce (not contempled on this documentation)
- Configure Woocommerce
- Download the plugin archive here and upload it on
/administrator/index.php?option=com_installer` - Enable MeoWallet plugin on
/wp-admin/plugins.php

After enable configure MEO Wallet plugin
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout§ion=meowallet - Configure your plugin and add your TESTING sandbox API key and your LIVE MEO Wallet API key
- Hit save
Installation remarks
- If the plugin doesn’t appear in the new versions of WordPress due to incompatibility with block-based checkout, as shown in this image:
- On the side, when you click on the block, you have the option “Switch to Classic checkout”. By clicking and saving, the MEOWallet payment method will become available to be used.
- Another option is to edit the checkout screen page, delete its information, and replace it with [woocommerce_checkout].
